The most PAINLESS experience I have ever experienced when it comes to an unfortunate legal circumstance. I was notified of a wage garnishment but did not know what it was for. HR sends me the documents and turns out it’s for an eviction from 5 years prior that I thought was settled. I called 4-5 law firms around the area here and everyone acted like this was something they were not interested in since it was a very high amount in total, and they didn’t think I could settle. I called Fitzgerald & Campbell, and they didn’t know it but behind the phone I was in tears, I was so frustrated. Spoke with Fabiola and she explained the whole thing to me. Straight forward and to the point with me on how they resolve issues. I was already going through financial issues but thank goodness they have monthly payment plan options also! I found this company through a friend when I was freaking out about a letter/judgement I received in the mail. The judgement was for almost 19k and I was in no position to pay that amount. They offered payment plans but fortunately I was able to pay them a lump sum which was significantly less than the total amount had I made the payments for their services. We went through with it and they were able to get my settlement down to 5k. I hope I never find myself in this type of situation again but if I do, I know who I’m calling. From the first person I spoke to until the debt was settled, everyone I worked with was professional and informative. They also send you PowerPoints and short videos to learn about everything you need to know regarding the process you are going through.
